Shipping policy

For pre-order items, please allow additional time for production and fulfillment. Processing and delivery may take approximately 8-10 weeks.

We share regular shipping updates, including any potential delays, on our Instagram page. Please note that tracking information will only be provided once your order has been prepared for shipment.

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Customers outside of our country may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees once their order arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. We are unable to predict or cover these costs, as they vary by location.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority to understand any potential fees before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we advise contacting your shipping carrier directly to begin an investigation.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority upon arrival.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. EUOZVAN is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.
